Mr. Holmes serves and has served on the board of directors of numerous public and private companies. He holds or has held positions of chief executive officer, chief financial officer providing management support in executive, administrative, financial and marketing functions. Currently he is president of Carson Capital Management, Inc., management, merger/acquisition and investment banking consulting firm. His background includes corporate mergers/acquisitions, having consolidated, financed, or listed over a dozen companies. Mr. Holmes has formerly served as assistant controller of Bio Rad Labs(AMEX); CEO of Harvest Industries(OTC); vice-president of North Coast Investments, a venture capital firm and on the audit staff of Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Mr. Holmes is a mentor and judge in the University of Notre Dame's business plan competition program. He has been a guest speaker at San Jose State-DeAnza College's Entrepreneurial Incubator program and guest lecturer at University of Nevada, Reno's Business Development, and Venture Capital program. He completed graduate studies at Golden Gate University's MBA program and holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business from San Jose State University, and has also completed Stanford's Advance Management College. Over the last thirty years, Dr. Reeves, has co-founded three companies, two of which were taken public. One by IPO, the other by reverse merger. Has organized corporate research, product development and manufacturing functions so as to achieve stated company objectives through the effective utilization of available resources of manpower, funds and time. Sponsored a continuing program of market and product research aimed at determining industry trends as well as the strength of competitive products, and the company's market position. Cooperated with other functions at the top company level in product planning, including the search for new ideas, with primary attention to such specialized contributions as market analysis, consumer research, field testing by responding with industrial design, product research, engineering, manufacturing policies.
Dr. Keith currently is Professor Emeritus of Obstetrics and Gynecology and former Director of the Section of Undergraduate Education and Medical Student Affairs at Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago. He received certification by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 1967, a Ph.D. degree from the Karol Marchinkowski University of Medical Sciences in Poznan, Poland in 2002, and has been elected to fellowship or membership in numerous American and international medical societies and colleges. He was awarded an Honorary Fellowship in the Indian College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2004, an honorary Doctor of Science by the Medical Academy of Lublin, Poland in 2007, and was elected to Honorary Fellowship in the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of London, UK in 2010. He has authored or co-authored more than 600 scientific treatises and edited or co-edited more than 30 monographs in the discipline of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His textbooks on Multiple Gestation and Obstetric Hemorrhage are regarded as definitive in the English language.
Dr. Keith has worked closely with First Warning System’s founder, Dr. William Reeves for almost two decades, as a consultant and Medical Director, assisting with setup of the computerized analytic system now in place and prepared under the direction of engineers at the Nanyang Technical University in Singapore.
Mr. Mokbel is a Consultant Surgeon with a Special Interest in Breast and Endocrine Surgery at St George’s Hospital and Medical School, London, UK, and a Reader in Breast Surgery, St George’s Medical School & Professor at Brunel Institute of Cancer Genetics & Pharmacogenomics (Brunel University). He has authored more than ten books, aimed at doctors preparing for Post-graduate examinations (FRCS, MRCS, MRCP, MRCGP & BLAP examinations) and Post-graduate doctors interested in clinical oncology and breast cancer; founded a Post-graduate Medical Journal and co-founded another, former is focused on review articles in the field of breast cancer (Breast Cancer Reviews: published by Euromed) and latter is focused on original research in the field of surgical oncology (International Seminars in Surgical Oncology: published by BioMed Central). Breast Cancer Research. He is also the first author, or the senior author, of more than 100 peer-reviewed articles listed by PubMed. The main focus of my Breast Cancer Research has been in the field of molecular biology of mammary Carcinogenesis.
His clinical research programme has focused on mammary ductoscopy and included participation in multicentre clinical trials and retrospective reviews of clinical work such as the sentinel node biopsy in early breast cancer. In collaboration with Lifeline Biotechnologies developed a 1 mm fibre-optic microendoscope with a biopsy tool that allows endoscopy of the mammary ducts. He named this device as MastaScope and owns the patent. He also organized a wide range of retrospective and prospective clinical research projects in the field of breast cancer including phyllodes tumors, radial scars, the role of the Harmonic scalpel in breast surgery, audit of breast reconstruction, among others. In collaboration with the School of Life Sciences at Kingston University, he supervises a PhD thesis investigating the effects of exercise on relevant biological markers and quality of life of breast cancer patients. Mr. Schiemann, a Certified Public Accountant, received his degree from the University of Illinois. Additionally, he obtained his MBA in taxation from Golden Gate University. His main areas of focus were taxation, auditing and public securities work. He has been involved with many public registrations and structuring of mergers and acquisitions. He assisted in the financing of a nutrition company doing in excess of $8.5 million dollars a year in sales. Additionally, he recently sold off a nutrition company that he organized to a pink sheet company. He is currently practicing with an emphasis on public registrations, administration and consulting to small and micro-cap public companies.
Roger O Warren has been an entrepreneur and a software systems designer since 1975. His fields of experience span from the software technology disciplines of distance learning and predictive analytics systems to the high-end sales of large-scale and distributed computing systems. As a software entrepreneur, Roger co-founded and co-managed two very successful software companies: Commercial Computer Systems (CCS), acquired by Soft-Tech/Intuit and NetShare Software Technology (NST), acquired by Image Data/Fujitsu. Roger was also an initial member and C level executive of four other software technology startups including Omnitrx a middle-ware software solutions developer targeting cell-phones which made it to NASDAQ before being sold by its major investors. In 2006, Roger co-founded Rio Analytics in partnership with GeoAnalytics and RedGiant Analytics of Madison, WI. RedGiant is a market analytics software primarily targeting the gaming industry. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Mathematics; California State University - Chico.
Mr. Benardis is currently the Operations Manager for First Warning, responsible for project management, product development and is the Management Representative for the First Warning Quality Assurance program. He has a background in finance and economics including investment banking, financial analysis and consulting. Mr. Benardis holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 65, and 66. His education was obtained in finance and economics as an undergraduate at the University of Oregon and Regis University, Denver, CO.

Ms. Pohmajevich’s consulting experience has been instrumental in accelerating revenues, consumer awareness, and procedure demand – establishing procedure as ‘preferred offering’ and standard approach by 5 leading U.S. women’s health centers, with statement of support and endorsement for procedure backed by national women’s advocacy group via marketing supported by scientific/clinical publications. Marketing Management experience includes number health care product launches. She holds an M.B.A., Marketing & International Business from Notre Dame du Namur University, Belmont,CA and a B.S., Nursing, Westminster College/Salt Lake City.
Mr. Wertzberger is a marketing and communications consultant for start-up companies specializing in hi-tech hardware and software and insurance agencies. He has held a variety of management positions in sales, marketing and product management in both start-ups and corporate environments with 22 years as a C-level or VP executive in small companies. He has managed a number of software products from inception to launch plus an engineering consulting firm focusing on IT technology and project implementation of strategic technologies.
