Approximately 35 million mammograms are performed annually in the US. These interventions miss as many as 30% of existing breast cancers, especially those in the early stages. The US market is conservatively estimated at $1B annually for FWS. Since, FWS technology can detect prior to tumor presentation, as required by mammography, FWS can replace mammography. The testing of 15M women would create total physician’s revenues of over $2B annually. User feedback indicates rapid market acceptance and our defensible IP offers a compelling market value proposition.

Financing over the next 24 months will be in two forms: Private Placement Offerings for operations and product engineering updates and Research Grants for the limited clinical trial in 2013.
